Artículo14. Elnombramiento del Rector del Instituto, lo hará el Ministerio de Educación con arreglo a las normas legales.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Rector no pueda atender a su cargo por un período inferior a quince días, será reemplazado por el Vicerrector, pero cuando el tiempo sea mayor, la designación la hará el Ministerio de educación.
