º En desarrollo de lo previsto en el artículo anterior designase a la Fundación para la Educación Superior, FES, síndico - representante legal de la Fundación Antonio Restrepo Barco, mientras dure la incapacidad del señor Antonio Restrepo Barco o hasta cuando se presente otra circunstancia prevista en los estatutos. La Fundación para la Educación Superior, FES, ejercerá la representación legal de la Fundación única y exclusivamente en los términos y para los efectos contemplados en los estatutos de la referida institución.
