Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones sanitarias para el trámite y otorgamiento de la Autorización Sanitaria de Uso de Emergencia -ASUE, por parte del Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos - INVIMA, para medicamentos de síntesis química o biológicos que aún no cuentan con toda la información requerida para la obtención de registro sanitario, y que sean destinados al diagnóstico, la prevención y tratamiento de la Covid - 19.
