ARTICULO 2.1.3.2.6 .- CONFLICTOS DE INTERES. Las administradoras y sus directores, administradores o representantes legales deberán abstenerse de realizar cualquier operación que pueda dar lugar a conflictos de interés entre ellas o sus accionistas o aportantes de capital y el fondo que administran. La Superintendencia Bancaria podrá calificar. de oficio o a petición de parte, la existencia de tales conflictos, para lo cual oirá previamente al consejo asesor de dicha entidad. Cuando su matriz sea una de las entidades a que se refiere el artículo 2.2.1.2.1. del presente estatuto, las administradoras no podrán realizar las operaciones a que se refieren los artículos 2.2.1.2.3. y 2.2.1.2.4. del presente estatuto.
