Funciones De La Presidencia

Decreto 314 de 2007 · por el cual se expide el Reglamento Interno de Funcionamiento del Consejo Nacional de Conciliación y Acceso a la Justicia.

Funciones de la Presidencia . La Presidencia del Consejo Nacional de Conciliación y Acceso a la Justicia tendrá, entre otras, las siguientes funciones

Conjuntamente con la Secretaría Técnica, orientar las labores del Consejo y velar por su ordenado y eficaz funcionamiento.

Citar las reuniones del Consejo.

Someter a consideración del Consejo la suspensión, el levantamiento de la sesión antes del tiempo reglamentario o el aplazamiento del debate sobre el asunto que se esté discutiendo.

Las demás que el Consejo le señale.
