Permiso Especial Temporal de Permanencia. El Permiso Especial Temporal de Permanencia será otorgado gratuitamente a los nacionales venezolanos cónyuges o compañeros permanentes de los nacionales colombianos deportados, expulsados o retornados, que se encuentren en el territorio nacional y les haya sido otorgado un permiso de ingreso. Este permiso tendrá una vigencia de ciento ochenta (180) días, sin lugar a prórroga, y será otorgado previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto.
