Investigación de incidentes, accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades laborales . En caso de que se presente un incidente, un accidente de trabajo ya sea mortal o no, o una enfermedad laboral, el responsable de la aplicación y cumplimiento del presente reglamento debe realizar la investigación respectiva, acatando lo dispuesto en la legislación vigente.
