Las personas naturales y jurídicas que adelanten actividades de procesamiento, se sujetarán a las normas de sanidad, calidad e inspección sobre la materia. Los productos no aptos para consumo humano serán retirados del mercado por el organismo competente y se destinarán a otros usos o se desecharán definitivamente.
