No aceptación de la competencia. Si no aceptare la competencia procederá en la siguiente forma:

1. Si no fuere posible el conflicto de competencia lo devolverá al inferior para que dicte Ia sentencia que corresponda. Si fuere posible el conflicto de competencia, lo remitirá a quien deba resolverlo.
