Para Todos Sus Efectos Legales Las Personas Que Prestan Sus Servicios En El Club Militar Tendrán El Carácter De Empleados Públicos

Para todos sus efectos legales las personas que prestan sus servicios en el Club Militar tendrán el carácter de empleados públicos. No obstante podrán ser vinculados mediante contrato de trabajo las personas a quienes se les asigne el desarrollo de tareas relacionadas directamente con la prestación del servicio propio de la Entidad.

Parágrafo 1

Es empleado público la persona natural a quien legalmente se le nombre para desempeñar un empleo previsto en la respectiva planta de personal y tome posesión del mismo.

Parágrafo 2

Es trabajador oficial, la persona natural que preste sus servicios en el Club Militar y cuya vinculación se opere mediante contrato de trabajo.
