º. Los Directores, Presidentes, Vicepresidentes, Gerentes y Subgerentes de las entidades sobre las cuales la Superintendencia ejerce inspección y control permanentes, tomarán posesión y prestarán juramento ante el Superintendente Bancario.
El Superintendente podrá delegar expresamente y para cada caso, la diligencia de posesión en la autoridad política de mayor categoría del lugar, o en el jefe de la respectiva Seccional de Vivienda.
