º . Modificación a la formulación aplicable. Las compañías que no hubieran considerado en el cálculo de la repartición de utilidades la constitución de las reservas reglamentadas en este Decreto podrán pactar con la respectiva administradora de fondos de pensiones la modificación de la formulación aplicable.
