Art. 3.° Concluido el término para hacer oposicion a las becas, el Presidente de la Union elejirá los individuos que deban ocuparlas, previo informe de un Consejo compuesto del Director jeneral de la instrucción universitaria, del Rector de la Universidad i del Tesorero de la misma. Si ninguno de los opositores reuniere las condiciones exijiaas por el artículo anterior, o si hubiere solo alguno o algunos que las tuvieren, se convocará a nueva oposición, para las becas que queden sin proveer, en los mismos términos indicados en el artículo 1.°
