Modifíquese el inciso primero del artículo 2.1.9.1.3 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.1.9.1.3 Determinación del valor del inmueble. Cuando el cliente haya escogido el inmueble respecto al cual desea suscribir el contrato de ahorro programado, se deberá realizar un avalúo técnico del mismo atendiendo las reglas vigentes sobre la materia, cuyo costo será asumido por partes iguales entre el establecimiento de crédito y el cliente. En caso de existir un avalúo cuya fecha de realización no sea superior a seis (6) meses, el mismo podrá utilizarse para determinar el valor del inmueble y no será necesario practicar uno nuevo.".
