El Instituto de Fomento Municipal recibirá los habares del actual Fondo de Fomento Municipal, y se hará cargo de las obligaciones de este en el momento de entrar en vigencia el presente Decreto, e igualmente procederá a terminar la tramitación de los contratos que se encuentren en proceso de terminación.
