Decreto 298 de 1909 · Por el cual se declara restablecido el orden público en la ciudad de Bogotá

Artículo único. Declarese restablecido el orden público en la ciudad de Bogotá. En consecuencia desde el día de hoy cesa el estado de sitio declarado por Decreto número 286 de 13 de los corrientes.

Parágrafo

Por el Ministerio de Gobierno se presentará á la asamblea Nacional Constituyente y Legislativa la exposición de que trata el Inciso 3.° del artículo 121 de la Constitución.
