º. Adiciónase el artículo 82 del Decreto 1909 de 1992, con el siguiente

Cuando el comerciante minorista a que hace referencia el

del artículo 16 de la Ley 383 de 1997, presente voluntariamente sin intervención de la autoridad aduanera declaración de legalización, deberá liquidarse en la misma los tributos aduaneros a que hubiere lugar, con excepción de los derechos antidumping o compensatorios, los gravámenes arancelarios correspondientes a las medidas de salvaguardia que se encuentren establecidas para la importación de algunas mercancías y el valor de rescate".
