Una vez formado el censo de que trata el artículo 5°, la Junta, previo estudio de las documentaciones que se le hayan presentado, y de los datos e informaciones que con respecto a ellas hayan allegado, procederá a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio, y en caso afirmativo, fijara su cuantía proporcionalmente por medio de resolución motivada.
