Art. 2.° La señora Montes del Valle presentará un fiador á satisfacción del Gobierno no por la referida suma, que le será entregada inmediatamente despues de la sancion de la presente ley, quedando dicho fiador relevado le toda responsabilidad tan luego como la agraciada entregue al Bibliotecario nacional cincuenta ejemplares impresos de sus obras, que serán distribuidos en las demás Bibliotecas de la República.
