ARTICULO 2 º. La prima de antigüedad para los empleados públicos docentes de las Universidades Estatales u Oficiales y demás instituciones oficiales de educación superior del orden nacional, que venían percibiéndola se incrementará en el veintiuno por ciento (21%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje establecido resultaren centavos, se desecharán. En dicho reajuste se entienden involucrados los incrementos por año cumplido de servicios, ordenados para dicho personal en disposiciones anteriores a este decreto.
