Las decisiones de la Junta de Contribuyentes no obligan a la Corporación y a su Junta Directiva.; sin embargo éstas deben ser consideradas y su aceptación o rechazo deberá hacerse en forma motivada-. Si la Junta de Contribuyentes no actuare, el proceso de liquidación y distribución de las contribuciones no sufrirá dilación alguna.
