° En el auto admisorio de la demanda se ordenará comunicar Inmediatamente por escrito sobre la existencia del proceso de que se trate a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, con el fin de asegurar, si se considerare necesario, la oportuna participación en el proceso de los Procuradores Agrarios. Mientras dicha comunicación no se remita, el proceso queda suspendido. TITULO II Saneamiento por prescripción.
