° Las faltas temporales o absolutas de los Diputados elegidos por el Consejo Nacional de Delegatorios serán llenadas por la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente. Si ese no estuviere reunida, podrá hacer la designación, en interinidad, el Presidente la Republica. En igual forma se procederá en caso de renuncia.
