El Gobierno procederá luego que estén terminados los trabajos de apertura del camino de Ibagué a Calarcá, de que trata la Ley número 25 de 1911, a hacer practicar una exploración y trazado de la vía que partiendo de Calarcá, en la hoya del Quindío, vaya a terminar en la cabecera de la Provincia de Tulua, pasando por las nuevas poblaciones de Caicedonía y San Luis.
