Suprímese uno de los cargos de mecanotaquigrafas de la Sección de Inmigración de Departamento de Asuntas Económicos y Consulares del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, creado por el Decreto número 1627 de 1950, y créase el cargo de Oficial de Kárdex de la misma Sección con una asignación mensual de cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400).
