ARTICULO 1.8.6.0.2 . RELACIONES LABORALES DE LA ENTIDAD NACIONALIZADA. Las relaciones laborales en las instituciones financieras nacionalizadas, seguirán rigiéndose por las normas del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, y por las disposiciones legales y convencionales vigentes, sin que los derechos sociales de los trabajadores puedan ser desmejorados como consecuencia de la nacionalización. Se atenderá especialmente a los intereses de los trabajadores, para proteger a quienes están cumpliendo correctamente sus deberes.
