ARTICULO 88 . Secretario. Todas las diligencias adelantadas por el funcionario investigador en el proceso administrativo disciplinario, serán refrendadas por un secretario mediante firma, el cual será funcionario de la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales. La falta de la firma secretarial no invalida la diligencia respectiva.
