Aclárase el parágrafo del artículo 1o. de la ley 102 de 1927 en el sentido de que las pensiones que se hubieren decretado de conformidad con la Ley 78 de 1926, sin que en la sentencia de reconocimiento hubiere sido computado aumento alguno basado en dicha Ley 78, no deben sufrir rebaja alguna, puesto que no gozaron de aumento.
