ARTICULO 97. EFECTOS DE LA INCORPORACIÓN EN NUEVAS PLANTAS DE PERSONAL. A los empleados que hayan ingresado a la carrera, previa acreditación de los requisitos exigidos al momento de su ingreso, no podrá exigírseles requisitos distintos en caso de incorporación o traslado a empleos iguales o equivalentes.
