Artículo único. Prohíbese á todos los responsables del Erario aceptar suplementos en dinero ó especies de cualquier género y hacer giros á cargo de las Oficinas Pagadoras de la República con tal motivo, sin previa y expresa autorización del Ministerio del Tesoro. Este Decreto empezará á surtir sus efectos desde la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial. Comuníquese y publíquese.
