Artículo tercero. Las autoridades nacionales, departamentales, intendenciales y municipales deberán prestar a los representanes y funcionarios de la Cruz Roja, previa identificación, todo su apoyo y darles las facilidades y elementos que se necesiten para el cumplimiento de la misión que tienen a su cargo en virtud del citado Decreto - ley 2468.
