Artículo veintinueve. El certificado de paz y salvo que debe dar el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (Sena) para que la Administración de Impuestos Nacionales acepte la deducción por concepto de salarios sólo podrá expedirse a los empleadores que hayan cumplido a cabalidad con las obligaciones que estipulan las normas sobre aportes y contribuciones al Sena, a que se refieren el presente Decreto y las demás disposiciones legales que regulan esta materia.
