El artículo 2° del Decreto 755 de 1995, quedará así: "La Dirección del Programa Presidencial para la Formalización de la Propiedad y Modernización de la Titulación Predial, contará con un Consejo Asesor, con funciones básicas de coordinación y apoyo, conformado por los Ministros de Justicia y del Derecho, Hacienda y Crédito Público, Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, Desarrollo Económico, y Medio Ambiente o sus respectivos delegados, el Superintendente de Notariado y Registro, el Presidente del Colegio de Notarios, el Presidente de la Asociación de Municipios y el Director del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi."
