ARTICULO 69. TRÁMITE DE LOS IMPEDIMENTOS Y RECUSACIONES DE LOS MIEMBROS DE LA COMISIÓN ADMINISTRADORA DE CARRERA Y LAS COMISIONES DE PERSONAL. Las decisiones que adopte la Comisión Administradora de Carrera no serán susceptibles de recurso alguno. Las que se adopten en las Comisiones de Personal, podrán ser apeladas ante la Comisión Administradora de Carrera, en los casos previstos en el presente Decreto.
