El avalúo de los inmuebles afectados por las obras, deberá ajustarse al inventario suscrito por las partes, de que trata el artículo 10º de la Ley 56 de 1981 y por consiguiente, la entidad propietaria no estará obligada a reconocer las adiciones, reformas o mejoras permanentes que no figuren en aquél.
