El Gobierno Municipal de Soledad creará una Junta Pro Cuatrocientos Cinco Años, la cual se encargará de la organización general de los actos de conmemoración. La designación hecha a los miembros de la Junta no causará erogación alguna al municipio, como tampoco significará vinculación con el mismo.

Ley 950 de 2005 · por la cual la Nación rinde homenaje al municipio de Soledad con motivo de los 405 años de haberse fundado el primer asentamiento humano en su territorio, se exaltan las virtudes de sus habitantes y se autoriza en su homenaje la inversión de unas obras de interés social.
