Por cada cincuenta (50) botes provistos de escafandro, están obligados los empresarios a sostener en el campamento de pesca un médico y un botiquín con medicinas suficientes para sus trabajadores. Los acuerdos a este respecto dentro de los empresarios se celebrarán por ante el Inspector de Pesca, que queda encargado de hacer cumplir esta obligación.
