Importación de combustibles hacia el Departamento de La Guajira. El trámite para la importación de combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo para el departamento de la Guajira se sujetará a las disposiciones del Decreto 2685 de 1999, salvo lo relacionado en el Capítulo II, Título V, artículo 90 y siguientes.

La Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, DIAN, habilitará, mediante resolución motivada, los sitios para el ingreso de los referidos combustibles
