Las decisiones que deban notificarse personalmente podrán ser enviadas a la dirección de correo electrónico del investigado o de su defensor, y del quejoso cuando a ello hubiere lugar. La notificación se entenderá surtida transcurridos dos días hábiles siguientes al envío del mensaje al correo electrónico los términos empezarán a contarse al día hábil siguiente.
