Reporte de información. El Ministerio del Trabajo establecerá los medios, forma y periodicidad para el reporte de información por parte de las Administradoras de Pensiones respecto de las afiliaciones o traslado de régimen o de administradora. Las solicitudes de información que realicen las entidades públicas que participan en el Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral, deberán estar debidamente motivadas respecto a la finalidad, utilidad y facultad para solicitar la información con el fin de garantizar que el tratamiento de datos personales se llevé a acabo de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente y para el cumplimiento exclusivo de los fines propios de la seguridad social.
