La Ley 65 de 1993, tendrá un nuevo artículo 158A del siguiente tenor: Artículo 158A. Judicatura al interior de los establecimientos de reclusión . Los egresados de las facultades de derecho, legalmente reconocidas, podrán ejercer la judicatura al interior de los establecimientos de reclusión, bajo la coordinación del responsable jurídico del mismo, para ejercer la asistencia jurídica de las personas privadas de la libertad que carezcan de recursos económicos. En este caso, la duración de la misma será de seis meses y la certificación de su cumplimiento la expedirá el director del respectivo establecimiento de reclusión.
