Comité Operativo para la Dejación de las Armas (CODA) . Estará conformado por

1.

Un delegado del Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho, quien lo presidirá.

2.

Un delegado del Ministro de Defensa Nacional, a cargo del cual estará la secretaría técnica.

3.

Un funcionario de la Agencia Colombiana para la Reintegración de Personas y Grupos Alzados en Armas.

4.

Un delegado del Fiscal General de la Nación.

5.

Un delegado del Director del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar.

6.

Un delegado del Defensor del Pueblo. (Decreto 128 de 2003, artículo 11)
