º El personal del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, hasta los Jefes .de Sección o sus equivalentes, los Operadores de Equipos de Transmisión y los Choferes, podrán ser trasladados permanentemente a cualquiera de las reparticiones de la institución en el país, según lo exijan las necesidades y conveniencias del servicio.
