Art. 66. Autorízase al Ministerio de Hacienda para celebrar arreglos con los Establecimientos bancarios, á fin de que no lleven estampillas los documentos que en ellos cursen, facilitando así sus operaciones bancarías, mediante anticipaciones convencionales, pero de manera que en ningún caso tales, arreglos puedan defraudar ó disminuir la renta de timbre.

Parágrafo

Es entendido que esta autorización no es extensiva á los documentos que deben ir en papel sellado.
