NOMBRAMIENTO INVESTIGADOR Y SECRETARIO. Informado el superior competente de la comisión de un hecho presuntamente constitutivo de mala conducta, designara al funcionario investigador y a su secretario, para que adelanten las diligencias. El cargo de funcionario investigador podrá ser desempeñado por un inspector delegado, auditor de guerra o por un oficial de mayor antigüedad que el inculpado. El de secretario, por cualquier miembro de la institución.
