Ejercer las atribuciones señaladas en el artículo 13 del Decreto 1050 de 1868.

2.

Ejercer las atribuciones señaladas en el artículo 6º del Decreto 1422 de 1989.

3.

Las demás que le sean asignadas por ley, decreto o reglamento, o delegadas por el Ministro. Secretario General del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
