Nota : Tener en cuenta que el artículo 118 de la Ley 1563 del 2012 derogó los artículos 111 a 231 del Decreto 1818 de 1998 (Estatuto de los Mecanismos Alternativos de Solución de Conflictos), incluyendo los referentes al arbitramento y otros mecanismos de solución de controversias contractuales.
