Modificación de rutas. Los Alcaldes y las demás autoridades de tránsito tomarán las medidas necesarias a fin de garantizar el servicio de transporte el día de elecciones. Cuando las circunstancias lo requieran, podrán autorizar la modificación de las rutas establecidas.
