Auxíliase al Municipio de Casabianca con la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00), para que aporte dicha suma a la sociedad anónima que funciona en el Tolima con carácter semioficial denominada "Centrales Hidroeléctricas del Tolima", con destino a la instalación de una planta eléctrica.
