Inventario de la liquidación . El Gerente Liquidador deberá elaborar y presentar ante la Superintendencia de Sociedades para su aprobación, en la forma y con los requisitos que establecen los artículos 233 y 234 del Código de Comercio, un inventario pormenorizado de los activos y pasivos de la liquidación, incluyendo en estos últimos el valor presente de los pagos futuros a cargo de la sociedad. Dicho inventario debe ser refrendado por el Revisor Fiscal.
